HOW Mindfulness Modules
Karen offers the opportunity to learn mindfulness at a gradual pace through the HOW Mindfulness Modules. Co-written by Karen with two other mindfulness teachers, the modules are a gentle introduction to mindfulness. There are 3 modules in total:
Module One: An Introduction to Mindfulness: Living Mindfully.
Module Two: What we Resist Persists: Using mindfulness to become aware of our reactions to difficulty and learning instead how to respond.
Module Three: Compassion and befriending: Learning to be kind to ourselves and others.
Each four week module teaches life skills to enable us to better cope with the difficulties we face each day.
The modules are designed to be worked through consecutively, but it is advised that you have a break between each one.
If you have no prior experience of mindfulness practices, Module One is essential as it provides the basic skills required for the subsequent modules.
There is no obligation to undertake all 3 modules and you only book one four week module at a time.
COST: The cost of each 4 week module is £80 if undertaken at my home.
