Zoom sessions now available for either courses of Meditation sessions.
Karen has started using Zoom in order to continue teaching mindfulness and meditation during the pandemic. As government restrictions ease, Karen will continue to offer Zoom sessions for those who find them useful and the Tuesday evening meditation sessions will also continue. If you are interested in either of these please contact me via email to arrange a time to discuss your requirements further.
Learn Mindfulness in Your Own Home
Karen offers you the opportunity to learn mindfulness in the privacy of your own home, either as individual appointments scheduled to suit you or through the regular 8 week course. This is suitable for those who are unable to leave their homes or who feel that a group environment is not suitable for them at this time. I can visit you at home or we can be in contact via Zoom. If you choose the option of Zoom I will visit for the first appointment if government restrictions allow, in order to meet you and deliver the materials required to complete the course.
